The new home kit, which is set to be worn for the 2020/21 season is the first of its kind to hit the streets of Merseyside in a multi-year partnership. Adorned in the traditional Liverpool red, although a slightly brighter shade than recent years, the V-neck collar showcases a touch of teal and white similar to the Reds’ home jerseys between 1993 and 1996. The colour pops of teal are also reminiscent of the shade of the Liver Bird that sits at the top of the famous Liver Building in Liverpool.
Nike Dri-FIT technology completes the fabrication of the kit, moving sweat from your skin for quicker evaporation – helping you stay dry and comfortable. Consistent to Nike’s commitment to sustainability, the Liverpool kits are constructed with 100% recycled polyester fabrication and completed with special 96 emblem to the neck, sitting proudly in memory of the 96 people who lost their lives at Hillsborough.
